Fitness Studio Digital Platform
Fragmented technology — manual TV management, disconnected training platform, no unified content system
Zero
hours/week on manual tech
Integrated digital platform running in production across multiple studios
The Challenge
A growing boutique Pilates studio chain was held back by fragmented technology. Studio TVs required manual content updates. Instructor training lived on a separate platform with no connection to scheduling. Booking data from Mariana Tek existed in a silo, disconnected from content delivery.
Studio owners were spending hours each week on manual technology management instead of growing their business.
The Approach
We built a complete digital infrastructure that unified every piece of the studio’s technology stack into a single, cohesive platform.
The solution spans three interconnected systems:
- TV-optimized workout display — a purpose-built application that delivers class content to studio screens with offline fallback, ensuring classes are never disrupted by connectivity issues
- Instructor training platform — integrated with Thinkific for course delivery, but connected to the studio’s scheduling and certification requirements so training progress directly impacts class assignments
- API middleware layer — a custom GraphQL layer that syncs Mariana Tek booking data with content delivery, enabling automated scheduling, instructor assignment, and content rotation based on real-time class data
The Result
Studio owners now spend zero hours per week on manual technology management. Content updates, instructor scheduling, and class programming all flow through a single system.
The platform is running in production across multiple studio locations, and the architecture was designed to scale as new studios open — each new location plugs into the existing infrastructure without custom setup work.
