By accessing and using the CRAFT app or odysseymercantile.com website (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Odyssey Mercantile LLC provides the CRAFT app, a mobile application designed to help makers optimize material usage, calculate costs, and manage workshop projects. The app includes features for:

• Material optimization and cut list generation
• Cost calculation based on current material prices
• Project tracking and history
• Voice input for measurements
• Waste reduction analysis

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of CRAFT, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

CRAFT is offered as a subscription service through the Apple App Store:

• Monthly subscription: $7.99/month
• Free trial period may be available
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payments are processed by Apple
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Share your account with others
• Use the Services to infringe on others' rights
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Odyssey Mercantile LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Services without our written permission.

7. User Content

Any project data, calculations, or other content you create using CRAFT remains your property. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Services to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Material calculations and cost estimates provided by CRAFT are for informational purposes only. Always verify measurements and calculations before cutting materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ODYSSEY MERCANTILE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Odyssey Mercantile LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Apple App Store.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
